Client Services Supervisor - Summary

Compensation: $18.50-$21/hr
Schedule: Weekends required; flexible hours
Works With: Team Members & Shift Leads

The Client Services Supervisor plays a key role in creating a high-quality, hospitality-focused experience for clients and their pets. This position oversees front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth check-ins/check-outs, warm and professional client interactions, and accurate communication between the lobby and back-of-house teams. The role also supports sales efforts by improving conversions, client retention, and promoting add-on services.

Core responsibilities include maintaining consistent lobby presence, leading and training team members, handling service recovery with empathy, ensuring accurate guest documentation, and supporting upsells such as bathing and upgrades. The Supervisor also helps optimize lobby flow, resolve billing or profile issues, and provide ongoing coaching to the Client Services team.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years of client service or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, high-volume environment experience, and the ability to train and develop team members. A hospitality mindset, calm demeanor under pressure, and strong organizational skills are essential. Supervisory experience, public speaking confidence, and proficiency in client-facing systems are preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working around pets and obtain Pet First Aid/CPR within 90 days.
